A Father's Day Gift Guide

Father's day is quickly approaching, and I don't know about you, but I generally SUCK at buying presents for Kane. He got a fancy watch for his 30th, I usually get an Xbox game or a coffee subscription, but after seven years together, there's only so many times I can recycle those ideas.

Luckily, with the help of some fantastic brands I've been inundated with ideas for this year, and I'm pretty sure he's been sneaking peeks in all my mail! I'm pleased to have worked with a lot of smaller businesses on this; being a small business owner myself it's so important to support others as well.

First of all, we have this fantastic VonShef Cocktail Set from Domu, if your partner or Dad is partial to a nice tipple every once in a while. This set comes in a few different designs, but the matte black is perfect for Father's day, and it's an absolute steal at just £30 for a nine piece set.

It also comes nicely boxed, with a little booklet full of cocktail recipes - I know what we'll be doing Father's day evening!

I'm slightly obsessed with this Haws Copper Garden Tool Set from Farrar & Tanner, and I think I'll end up using these more as I'm the gardener in the family! Again, they're a little bit of a steal at £22, and they feel like such good quality.

I'd definitely recommend having a little look at the F&T website if you're still stuck for Father's day gifts - they have so many fantastic products, all separated into different categories depending on what interests the man in your life has.

For smaller, and sometimes novelty gifts (the Father's day equivalent of a Christmas stocking filler, if you will) I'd look no further than U Studio. They have some great little gifts for Father's day, with my personal favourites being the Little Plants Coaster Set, Alternative Use Pencils (who doesn't need a lonely drumstick pencil?) and Black Like My Soul Mug.

They also sell an amazing selection of pins and stationery, so sneak a couple bits in for you when you're making an order - everyone's a winner!

In true middle-aged man fashion, Kane spent silly money on a barbeque a few weeks ago, so I know he'll be thrilled with this BBQ Tool Set from Idyll Home. The set comes realy nicely presented in a little carry case to keep everything safe, and you can choose to have any or all of the utensils engraved, which makes a lovely personalised touch.

Last, but by no means least, is this amazing vegan leather backpack from Mia Tui. It's a really smart looking bag, but is waterproof, lightweight and practical too. There's a few different shades to this one, but we loved the navy blue design.

Mia Tui also have a great offer on at the moment, where you can get the Sydney backpack, a toiletry bag and a folding travel bag just for the price of the rucksack - check out the offer here!

*I was kindly provided with all the products in this post free of charge for review purposes. All thoughts and opinions are honest and my own. Thank you to the brands who support Hey, Mama. If you'd like to work with me, please head here.
