Four Favourite Face Masks

New skincare, and in particular face masks, are really my favourite new things to test out. Over lipsticks, any kind of make-up, face masks win for me. And having combination skin means I can buy a few for different concerns I’ve got, which I suppose is one of the only positives I can take from having oily, blemish prone t-zone and dry cheeks!
My current favourite is the Caudalie Instant Detox Mask; occasionally I don’t get on with clay masks as they can be a bit too drying for me, but this is perfect. It feels very light on the skin yet has just the right amount of power to give my skin a good deep-clean. I’ve been following it up with The Body Shop Amazonian Acai Energizing Radiance Mask, which is my most recent purchase. It applies like a bit of a sticky jam which is lovely and cooling on the skin. It has exfoliating seeds in too so after it’s been on for around fifteen minutes, I can buff it off and leave my skin looking really glowy.
The Origins Ginzing Refreshing Face Mask is one I didn’t use much of until I became a Mama, but it’s perfect for waking up tired skin after a disturbed night. I keep it in the fridge after seeing a tip online, and it’s so cooling first thing, it’s hard not to feel immediately awake! I’m almost all out of the Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask, it’s what I always throw on when I’m too sleepy to layer on all my usual oils and creams. It smells incredible and my skin always feels so plump and fresh when I wake up in the morning.

It's lovely, isn't it? I've been so impressed with it.
