The sun finally seems to be coming out and I could not be happier about the whole situation. Winter seemed to last forever, but now I'm being greeted by (slightly) warmer temperatures, blossom on trees and daffodils popping through grass. There's a couple little home additions I've made to add a bit of colour around here.
Firstly I treated myself to a little Spring bouquet from good ol' Morrisons for just a fiver. The bright yellow tulips and purple hyacinths look so beautiful together, I've popped them in my office as I've got a busy week ahead of me so it's to cheer me up a little whilst I'm working away up there.
Last week I gave my conservatory a little rearrange and added in this little cosy corner. It's just an old storage stool with a sheepskin and a couple cushions thrown on, surrounded by plants and candles. I'm not crazy in love with it, because really I would like a bigger (and higher) bench so fill the space a bit better. But it's nice enough for now and it's a great little spot for basking in the heat that fills the room on those sunny days, there's a pretty nice view of the garden too.
Have you made any little Spring home additions?
