July Beauty Favourites.

The past month has, once again, absolutely flown by, and it's time to look back over my beauty favourites from the month. Aside from a couple new items that I absolutely love, it's mostly things I've used before and have just been really enjoying. I've done a lot of shopping this month so I know next month will be packed to the rafters with products, but for now here's what I loved in July.

I have to start with my absolute favourite from the month, Laura Mercier Creme Brulee body cream - this stuff just smells like heaven in a pot, and it actually makes body moisturising a joy to do. It sinks in really nicely and is just so beautiful, it's 100% love. Another product I've been getting a lot of use of is the YSL Babydoll Kiss and Blush in 05 Rouge Effrontee. It's a pretty watermelon red shade that really suits m6 skintone, and whilst I love this on the lips, it works really well on the cheeks too. The formula is nice, like a velvety cream and of course the packaging is just gorgeous too.

There's a couple products that I really love together in my favourites this month, first being a couple of mascaras that I've been using for the past month or so. I really like Soap & Glory Thick & Fast, it does what it says on the tin and gives my sparse lashes lots of volume and fullness, but sadly the formula is a little wet so I get nervous of putting too much on for fear of getting it all over my lid. So before it dries, I go over the top with the Collection Does it All mascara which separates the lashes and adds a bit more length. I've been using the Bourjois Cream Blush in 01 Nude Velvet a lot this month, which is a light peach shade, and the Nanshy Buffing Brush* is perfect for applying this flawlessly to the cheeks. And last but not least is the L'Oreal Nude Lingerie quad, which is perfect for easy, everyday wear, but could also be used to create a really lovely smokey eye look. They're really good quality for the price, and if I'm a little stuck or undecided what palette to use, I'll always reach for this, it just works!

You've convinced me those LM body creams are worth a try. I'm at the point where I think I NEED to invest in a body cream so I actually make an effort to moisturise my body.
