Testing, Testing, 1 2 3..

The other day I peered into my drawers, and half of what I could see where samples staring back at me. Somehow I've managed to amass a serious collection, and the majority of the time they get looked past when it comes to blog posts. In an effort to not only write more about different products but also use some of them up, I thought I'd start doing some round-up mosts of products in samples I've been loving a lot lately..

Sisley Black Rose Cream Mask:
I've been using this incredibly sparingly and not actually washing off the excess like they advise, because this stuff costs an incredible £93 per 60ml! I have a little tube in a 10ml size, making it over £15 for just this. I think if I had slightly older skin I'd probably notice more of a difference, but it does make me skin feel incredibly smooth and very plumped up after application. It's obviously not one I'd rebuy afterwards, but it's been nice to use anyway - buy it here.

Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish:
This is one of my more recent ones, and one I've been really loving using since getting it a couple weeks ago. It's got a lovely thick consistency and does the job so well at removing all bits of make-up and leaving my skin fresh and cleansed. I love the scent too, which is a bit of a fruity mint mix - buy it here.

Percy & Reed Volumising No Oil Oil:
This little bottle ended up at the bottom of the depths of my hair drawer for quite some time, but I rediscovered it a few weeks ago. I love using oils on my hair, but occasionally with it being so fine it can feel weighed down and greasy quite quickly. This one is perfect as it's specifically for fine hair, so leaves my hair looking really sleek and shiny, with a little volume injected too - buy it here.

Korres Wild Rose 24 Hour Moisturising Cream:
Oh Korres, how I do love thee. Despite this being for dry skin, it works wonders on me in the mornings. It feels so creamy and sinks into the skin really nicely, and creates such a good base for make-up it's insane. I love the scent too, and it'll be a 100% repurchase when my sample is all used up - buy it here.

Caudalie Blackberry Hand & Nail Cream:
One of my favourite handcreams is all used up, *sob*. I managed to spread it out over a few months, but it's finally gone. It has a gorgeous light blackberry and sinks into the hands so nicely feeling them hydrated. You only need the tiniest amount too, and it just works - buy it here.

Have you tried any of these? What samples do you have on the go at the moment?

I love samples of ridiculous expensive products like the Sisley mask - apart from when you fall in love with them...

  4. It's gorgeous, one of my favourites! I know, it's awful! I've got a couple samples of the Glamglow masks too but I'm terrified they'll be amazing and I have to spend £35 on a full size one! xo

I've always wanted to try that Sisley mask but the price puts me off! I really like the Percy and Reed oil - it's great for fine hair x
