Soap & Glory Archery Brow Pencil

Almost three years ago I found myself the owner of a HD Brow palette. I found my perfect brow shade, and used it everyday until it finally met it's demise around two weeks ago. I've been looking for a replacement, and came across Soap & Glory Archery Brow Pencil which really intrigued me, and after seeing a couple good reviews decided to give it a try.

Archery is a double ended brow product, described as a tint and pencil. One end has a very thin felt tip style liner, the 'tint' side; this is used first, making tiny hair like strokes along the middle of the brow, filling it out. After filling in the brows, you go along the edges of each brow, just neating up each side. I have the shade 'Brownie Points' which I think would be suitable for medium - slightly dark brows, but unfortunately with only two shade options, those with really blonde or close to black brows this may not be for you.

I always liked my HD Brow palette, but I think sometimes the powder can look a little un-natural and can be overdone quite easily. Having a tiny felt tip end like this means you can create such a natural look, and overall it doesn't make the biggest noticeable difference to my brows, but really just neatens them up and fills in any areas that are a little light. It's £10 so a little pricey than most brow pencils but certainly cheaper than my original palette, and something to definitely look into if you're needing some help with your brows!

I wanted to get this when I was in the UK last week but seriously every Soap and Glory stand looked so messy and almost every product was used (I've been to a lotttttttt of Boots and Superdrug stores). I only ended up getting a bronzer and a highlighter (whish was already used I found out later). Notice my frustration lol!

  2. I've had this on/off for ages now, way before I started blogging and I love it. I think it's one of the best, if not the best brow product I've found.. it's foolproof and so versatile too! xx

  6. Uh-ohh, giving the UK a good name here haha! That's really a shame, mine is usually fine, I think it probably depends on how well they keep the testers stocked up, which usually some stands don't do. Hope you manage to get your hands on it, unused! xo

  7. Lovely review. Looks good on your brows, I hate when companies never expand a range but I guess it gives them the chance to see the popularity but it does single out people xo
