Jurlique Purely Bright Cleanser and Daily Moisturiser

Jurlique and I's relationship is relatively new, until recently I've only tried the Calendula Redness Rescue Moisturiser which I loooooved, so gladly added a cleanser and moisturiser from the Purely Bright range to my skincare routine. Both are designed to brighten and even skintone, which with redness and blemish scarring, I'm really in desperate need of.

The Purely Bright Cleanser* was the one I started off with. This is a lovely, quite thick, cream, which you apply with slightly moist hands otherwise it can drag a little on the skin. It has a lovely soothing scent which I've always found really lovely first thing in the morning. It has willow bark extract with pumice to help give a gentle exfoliation to the skin, which I could feel working giving my skin a little tingle along the way. It also has lots of different fruit and bark extracts all with antioxidant properties or which work to help with any discolouration the skin has.

First off, this didn't break my out, hooray! I've been using it for two weeks every morning now, and I've been really impressed with the results. I'm in love with my LRP Biomedic serum which has been reducing my scarring, but I've been using that less and less recently as this has been really brightening up my skin. It isn't too harsh of an exfoliation, and my blemishes have been reduced a lot over the last couple of weeks too. I've been using this occasionally in the evenings too, but only if I haven't been wearing make-up, as it says to avoid the eye area and doesn't do a great job of removing it!

Alongside that I've been using the Purely Bright Day Moisturiser* every morning after the cleanser. Again, this has a lovely consistency and is a nice thick cream, meaning a little goes a long way (a plus considering this is £32). This has the same scent as the cleanser, which is really lovely and uplifting in the mornings. I can't really comment on which has really been making the difference to my skin, but with both of these products used collectively my skin has looks so much brighter, fresher, and really feeling balanced compared to the oily mess it usually is!

Both these products have impressed me so much, I feel like each time I use them my skin is becoming more balanced and clearer, and these are definitely a firm part of my morning skincare routine! Finally scarring seems to be becoming a thing of the past.

Have you tried anything from Jurlique?
