I've never really been too precious about my hair. I've grown it half way down my back only to get bored and cut it into a short pixie crop more than once and not batted an eyelid, whilst the hair stylists around me gawked and gushed about 'how brave' I was. That said, I do start to hate it just a little bit when it turns into the dry, frizzy mess that comes after weeks of neglect, so over the past few months I've discovered some products that really make my hair happy.

First up, and a couple of my favourite discoveries of 2013 are the Dove Hair Therapy sprays. The Nourishing Oil Care version is my absolute favourite, and something I just have to use the majority of the times I've hopped out of the shower. I've noticed since growing my hair long that it is incredibly tangly, and also a lot frizzier, but this helps with both of those issues. They really aid with any dryness my ends have, and both smell absolutely incredible too. At under £4 a pop too, they're some of the best affordable haircare on the market.

I spoke in last weeks post of my love for the Caudalie Divine Oil, and my goodness I just cannot stop using this stuff! I always use an oil on the ends of my hair, and this is definitely one of the best of the bunch. It doesn't weigh my hair down at all and isn't greasy, just a wonderful product that leaves my hair feeling so silky and smooth. Special mentions have to go to some offerings from Avon, that if you're on a bit of a budget are fantastic also.

I'm cursed with very fine hair (but lots of it!) so I always need some help in that area also. Bumble and Bumble Thickening Spray is one of my favourites, that really creates some volume and thickness to the hair without leaving the horrible sticky residue usually found in volumizing products. It does give my a hair a little extra grit and holds it all in place more, but not too much that it feels like it needs a good wash! I've just started using the Mark Hill Volumising Dry Shampoo around my roots even if I have just washed my hair as it really does add a bit more bounce and volume.

Have you tried any of these? What are your current favourite haircare products?
